You can create a free profile in just a few minutes, or upgrade and really stand out from the crowd. Just follow the prompts and fill in as many details as you can about your skills, experience and qualifications. You can also build a professional resume using our IW2W Resume Builder tool and our IW2W Video Resume allows you to create an online video to showcase your skills and talents. Your profile is the first impression a potential employer will have of you, so make it count!
If an employer finds you in their search results and likes what they see, they’ll send you a contact request with the details of the job available. You’ll get an email and text notification and will have 48 hours to either accept or decline the request. If you don’t respond, the offer will be withdrawn.
Once you have accepted a contact request, the employer will receive your contact details and will get in touch with you directly. You may progress to a face-to-face interview, or simply get a job offer straight away. Don’t forget to switch your availability to ‘Unavailable’ while you’re working, then switch it back to ‘Available’ when you’re ready for your next job. Good luck!

Whether you’re looking to fill a permanent position, a short-term contract or the odd job every now and again, IW2W has thousands of keen workers ready to go.
The first step is to create a free profile with your contact details, which will stay confidential until someone accepts your job brief. A job brief is like an ad for the role and includes the job title, dates required, location, job description, pay rate and more. Your job brief will remain private until you make a contact. It won’t take long to complete, just follow the prompts and fill in as many details as you can.
Once you’ve created a job brief, our unique search function matches you with the right candidates from our job-seeker database based on availability, location, job title, skills and more. Browse candidate profiles for more information, create a candidate shortlist or contact them straight away.
Once you’ve created a shortlist of candidates, you can send them the job brief and a Contact Credit will be debited from your account. The more contacts you send your job brief to, the better your chances will be of finding the right person for the job. The candidates will receive an email and text notification about the role and must accept or decline your request within 48 hours. If they decline your contact request or fail to respond within 48 hours, your contact credits will be refunded into your account.
When your job brief is accepted, you’ll receive the relevant candidate’s contact details and you can get in touch with them directly. You may like to invite them for a face-to-face interview, or offer them the job straight away. Either way, we’ll leave it with you to sort out the details and get to work!
